Single layer drying process:

Our single-layer drying chamber technology with advanced up-down frame automation system is suitable for the production line with the raw material of bad drying sensitivity index(such as high content fly ash), and the production line which product is in special shape or high hollow rate. It can effectively avoid the crack and the defect produced by stacking of green bricks.

This kind of drying chamber can adapt the most kinds of raw material and the most kinds of product, what’s more, it needs less workers and has a good drying quality. On the other hand, this drying chamber has large investment and technical complexity.

It can provide full set of technology design, construction, supervisor and technology guidance to the brick factory which investment scale can reach 30 million pcs, 40 million pcs, 60 million pcs ,80 million pcs, 100 million pcs and 120 million pcs.(All the bricks are subject to Chinese standard brick.)
